The cpcug.org security certificate was renewed last week via Thawte.
Our Web hosting service Leros is handling certificate installation.
In the meantime, you can use your cpcug.org Web mail with confidence.
The certificate error message should disappear shortly.
cpcug.org e-mail accounts are working.
If you haven't already, be sure to turn on e-mail authentication in your e-mail software (FAQ with instructions). Spam filtering is also operational. If you've experienced issues with your account recently, give it a try now. The address of CPCUG's POP, IMAP, and SMTP server for e-mail is mail.cpcug.org. If you are having e-mail access issues and/or want to use SSL, check to make sure you are using the correct address.
You may successfully use this address regardless or whether you are using SSL encryption. If you experience problems accessing your account or INBOX, or sending e-mail, please wait 30 minutes or so, and try again. If your account remains nonfunctional, or more than occasional spam reaches its INBOX, send e-mail to support@cpcug.org or call (301) 560-6442.
