Take Back Your Time! Time Management Techniquesand Tips 
Speaker: Susan Kousek, Owner, Balanced Spaces,LLC 

Professional organizer Susan Kousek, owner of Balanced Spaces, will present time management tips and techniques that can be implemented immediately to save you hours each week. She will cover topics such as how to-- 

  • Prioritize tasks, set goals, and stay focused
  • Strategically schedule your day
  • Apply sophisticated deadline management
Return balance to your work and personal life by taking back control of your time! 

The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session,so gather your questions and join us. 

Speaker: Susan Kousek, owner of BalancedSpaces, LLC, organizes clients' offices, workspaces, filing and supplyareas, financial and other paper files, and computer documents and e-mail files. She also does residential organizing including kitchens, closets, basements, papers, and financial records. In addition, Susan gives seminars and workshops on organizing for companies and government agencies and is a member of and newsletter editor for the Washington, DC, Metro Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). 


Susan Kousek (Balanced Spaces) was included as one of seven "who can save you time" in "Figuring Out This $%#^*  Computer,"Washingtonian magazine, January 2001, p. 100.  


Susan Kousek, a fellow member of the CPCUG Entrepreneurs and Consultants SIG,  is known to many CPCUGers as a popular computer trainer, teaching Windows, WordPerfect, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Searching the Internet, and Quicken.

Several times a year a smaller group (usually about 8 to 12) goes toNanny O'Brien's (directly across the street from the Cleveland Park Library at 3319 Connecticut Avenue, NW, 202-686-9189, open 2 pm Saturday to 2 am Sunday) or another local establishment for continued conversation, networking,and refreshment following the meeting. (Participants pay for their own beverages and food.)
